Acknowledgment and Agreement
1. I understand that despite The Root’s expertise and care, the outcome of plant care and rehabilitation cannot be guaranteed.
2. I acknowledge that some plants may be too far deteriorated to recover, even with professional intervention.
3. I accept that unforeseen environmental, biological, or physiological factors may contribute to a plant’s decline or death, regardless of the services or care tips provided by The Root.
4. I release The Root, its owners, and staff from any liability in the event that my plant does not survive or recover.
Personal Responsibility
By signing this waiver, I agree to follow the provided care guide to the best of my ability. I understand that my plant's recovery or ongoing health may require sustained effort and favorable conditions.
